Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tracy! Minnie Vans are the most magical way to get from one place to another at Walt Disney World Resort. I used to love
Disney’s Magical Express the most, but these polka dotted cars easily took it's throne!
As you may know,
Minnie Vans can seat 6 guests (as well as 1 driver), and come with two Graco forever carseats. By Florida law, any child age 5 and under must ride in a carseat. If you have an older booster-seat age child, like I do, he is old enough to ride in the backseat of the Minnie Vans with Daddy, while I ride in the captain’s chairs with my preschooler, fitted nicely into the car seat. Depending on your children’s ages, this may work. If you indeed have three youngsters that all need car seats, you will need to pay for two Minnie Vans. The concierge can help you call for two cars, or simply have both adults in your party pull up their LYFT accounts and each call for one van.
My favorite use for Minnie Vans is actually going “home” to our Walt Disney World Resort Hotel after a long day of shopping at
Disney Springs. My Annual Pass gleans me so much of a discount while shopping that my pile of bags can grow large! Hopping into a Minnie Van for a content and swift ride home is just the ticket for me. If I can help you with another vacation issue, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
