    My MIL created an account profile for me before I created my Disney experience. Now I have two accounts. One that is linked to her w/my tickets (& my families tickets) the other is not. I'd like to have only one account.

    Hello, Kathleen! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I had a similar experience a couple of years ago when I added a friend to my My Disney Experience account prior to our girls’ trip. She later went back to Walt Disney World Resort with her own family and wanted to create a separate account to manage that vacation. We just called the My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ helpline and explained to the Cast Member on the phone what had happened. Within about 10 minutes he had us straightened out.

    I think you’ll definitely want to call and speak to someone before attempting to fix the issue on your own--especially since Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are involved. If you have any FastPass+ reservations that have already been made, you’ll want to make sure those transfer over correctly, too.
