Is Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party really Not So Scary? We will be traveling with a 2 1/2 year old, and while Halloween is my favorite holiday I want to make sure that he has a fun time as well. Is there a targeted age group for this event?

    Robin,

It's absolutely not scary.  The only remotely frightening thing I can think of is that the Disney villains are there.  They walk in the parade, and they are on stage for a show (which you can easily skip if you think it would frighten your child).

We LOVE this party and always attend when we get the chance.  Our daughters are all under 5 and have been to it without any problems or frights at all.

I definitely recommend planning a costume for warm weather, as it's often quite hot on the party nights.  Also consider dressing up yourself!  Many many adults are costumed, and sometimes more elaborately than the children.  It's really a party for all ages and a whole lot of fun.

    Have a great time!
