Do they have Mickey Ice Cream Bars on the Disney Dream?

Welcome aboard, Jessica! Oh, Mickey Bars! Those are my kids' favorite Disney treats. We get them no matter what Disney vacation we're on: Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and yes, onboard all of Disney Cruise Line's pixie-dusted ships!

My family still jokes about my son ordering his nightly Mickey Ice Cream Bar for dessert after dinner when he was four. During that particular sailing he received his Mickey Bar the first night onboard and it came in a dish sprinkled with Mickey shaped sprinkles. Normally, he loves sprinkles. However, somehow he got it into his head that a true Mickey Bar shouldn't have sprinkles on it. So, this tiny little four year-old would finish his meal each night and when our dining servers would ask if he'd like dessert, he'd say in his best attempt at a grown-up voice, though still a cute little squeaky boy voice, "Yes, please. I'd like a Mickey Bar with no sprinkles." Every night, for seven nights, this was his order. By the third time he ordered it during our Rotational Dining, our dining servers would say along with him, "With no sprinkles!" We actually just laughed about this again last night. It's something we'll always remember. Meanwhile, my daughter was happy for them to pile on the sprinkles! Ha!

So, get ready to enjoy Mickey Bars on the high seas when you set sail on the Disney Dream, Jessica! Have fun planning, and please stop back if you have any other questions as you count down to your cruise! We are happy to help!
