    Because we got a message on-line "You have no dining reservations" the day after the ADR system was upgraded in October, we made new ADRs. Now we may have conflicting ADRs we can't cancel on line. What is the policy about no shows or uncanceled

    Hi Rodney,

    Your best bet is to call 407-WDW-DINE. When you made your original reservations, you would have been given confirmation numbers. In addition, they were tied in to your phone number (whichever one you entered online). The Cast Members will be able to retrieve your original and new reservations with your phone number and can assist you in canceling the ones that you don't want now. A few of the Signature Restaurants (which required a credit card guarantee) have fees if you don't cancel. In addition, this will free up tables for other Guests to make their reservations too.
