On some of the menus, there is a separate section for kids meals that look complete. It's called something like Mickey Kidcheck or similar. What is this, is it available to all children or just select children? Thanks in advance!

    Hey Diane!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for bringing us your excellent question about the Disney Check symbol, commonly referred to as the Mickey Check symbol!

Diane, meals and meal items that receive the Mickey Check symbol meet Disney Nutrition Guidelines that limit calories, saturated fat, sodium and sugar. The Mickey Check helps your family find nutritious options while dining at Walt Disney World Resort restaurants and theme parks. It is simple, when you see the Mickey Check you will know that you are making tasty and healthy choices!

Kids’ Complete Meals that feature the Mickey Check symbol must include at least three of the following food groups:

       •  Fruits and vegetables
       •  Low-fat dairy
       •  Whole grains or lean protein (beans, eggs and/or nuts)

Diane, you will find the Mickey Check symbol next to menu items at Walt Disney World Resort restaurant menus. These items and complete meals are available to all children. You may even find the Mickey Check on various Disney-licensed food products at your local grocery stores and some of your favorite online retailers!

Please remember that you are always welcome to return to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions. We are always here to help you!
