Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom Holiday

meHi, can we get earlier to the Christmas Party? At what time can we arrive?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Dora! The holidays at Walt Disney World Resort is a wonderful time to really celebrate seasonal magic and find all the SNOW on Main Street, U.S.A.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party starts early in the year, hosting guests with cookies, hot chocolate and festivities. I personally love warming my hands in every part of the park with those little cups of warm joy. I also end up stealing my husband’s marshmallows for extra tastiness! The Christmas Party works very similarly to the Halloween Party, where as soon as you see the Christmas Clad Cast Members inside the touch points at Magic Kingdom, you may pass through and enter. This is typically late in the afternoon, but before the dinner hour. The party won’t officially kick off until 7pm, with regular park guests leaving around 6pm, so you’ll have a few hours to enjoy the attractions and decorations before dusk and merriment set in. I typically make some fast passes for the 5 and 6 o’clock hour, like the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin!

If you have more questions about your upcoming vacation, please let me know. I’m hEAR for you!
