We are meeting up with family members that are going to the D2 Summit who will not receive their tickets until they get there. Will it be possible to add their tickets to My Disney Experience once they receive them.

    Hi Larry!

Your Walt Disney World Resort comp-a-cation is days away. Your whole group must be so excited!

Yes! Your Summiters who will not received their Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets until they pick up their registration packet will absolutely be able to load their ticket information into My Disney Experience. All they need to do is enter the 12 or 16 digit code from each ticket into the My Disney Experience App, which takes literally under 60 seconds, and they'll be able to start making FastPass+ selections moments later.

If they don't already, tell them to make their My Disney Experience profile(s) this week before they leave, which will save time once they do get their tickets. I find the easiest way to start from scratch is when a person who does already have an account, like you do Larry, sends a request to the person who doesn't. Sign in to your My Disney Experience account Larry, then under your 'Friends and Family' list, click 'Add Guest'. On this new page select the option that says 'I'll enter their name and age'. Enter the name of one of the parents in the Summit group. Once you select their age as over 18, two new options will pop up: select the one that says 'invite this Guest to connect' and enter their email address. This will send a link to connect your two families so you can share PhotoPass photos, a Memory Maker package and allow to make future FastPass+ plans together. They can then finish setting up their My Disney Experience account for the rest of their family members and be all set for fun!

We'll See You Real Soon, Larry!
