How do the meal plans work for restaurants that are all-you-care-to-eat? Are you charged for a sit down table service or a quick meal?

All the meals that are "all you care to eat" are table service meals. If you are using the Disney Dining plan, they will require a table service credit.

There are actually two types of meals that fall into this category. The first is buffet meals. These could be character buffets, such as Chef Mickey's or the Crystal Palace, or regular buffet meals, such as the evening clambake at the Cafe May Cafe. With these, you can refill your plate at the buffet until you are full.

Another type of "all you care to eat" meal is family-style service such as the Liberty Tree Tavern or the Garden Grill. With these meals, you are brought a platter of food for the table. Your server will re-fill the platter as often as you wish.

    Hope this helps.
