    In MDE one of my grandchildren is not showing, will I run into a problem when I go to book fast passes? How do I put a room request on MDE we need connecting rooms with my son/family due to medical reasons?

    Hi Pat!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Yes, you will want to be sure every single member of your party is listed in My Disney Experience. If you can't see your grandchild, simply login and click on My Family and Friends. In the upper right corner you will see a + sign that says Add a Guest. Click here and follow the directions to add the missing person.

    As far as your room request goes, the best thing to do is to call (407) 939-5277 and make the request directly. I would also recommend following up with another call the day before you arrive to be sure your request has been noted. Depending on availability, I know they will do everything they possibly can to accommodate you.
