Is there a map out there for each of the Disneyworld parks that tells you when/where characters will be located?

    Hi Lacy,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for bringing this question to us!

There are guide maps linked online for each theme park. If you go to the Walt Disney World website, locate the theme park links under "Parks and Tickets." Once you click on the link to a theme park, underneath the main photo, you should see a subheading that says "Location." underneath that subheading; you should see a link for Guide Map. I will warn you, sometimes I have to click on the Guide Map link quite a few times to get it to open, but it eventually opens. Take a look at the legend located at the bottom of the map. There is a symbol for "Character Greeting." If you locate those symbols on the map, you will see where the character spots are.

I also check the Characters and Entertainment lists for each theme park. To locate the list, just click on the link for each theme park and then click on the link for Characters and Entertainment. The Magic Kingdom list, for example, will provide you with the list of characters and you can typically see what times they will be available. Be aware that some characters offer Fast Pass+. When our girls were younger, we did a Fast Pass+ to meet Rapunzel and Tiana at Princess Fairytale Hall. The girls dressed in their princess attire and, afterwards, we dined at Cinderella's Royal Table. If you have any princess fans with you, be sure to review the Disney Princesses at Walt Disney World Resort guide.

Lacy, do not forget that you can make dining reservations for character meals. Character meals are one of our favorite ways to see several characters without standing in an infinitely long line!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
