    Perri from TN Asked

Hi, I am making our intinerary for our 5 night October trip. I have a list of shows, parades, character dining, etc that are on my priority list. Is there a tool or best way to go about arranging all these days/times into somewhat of a schedule beforehand?

    Hi Perri!

When you check your Disney reservations online, Disney has their "My Reservations," which will allow you to see your accommodations and link your dining events to your reservations (which you can then print).

But the better tools that have worked for my family are good ol' Google Calendar or an Excel spreadsheet.

If you have a Google account, you can setup your entire itinerary through Google Calendar, then either print it (in Month view) or tie it to an Android supported phone and access on-demand there.

Or, we will just build a spreadsheet which allows us unlimited sort options, prioritization, color-coding, etc.

Disney is always looking to improve on their offerings, so maybe we will see something more extensive somewhere down the road...

Good Luck with your Disney planning!
