When making dining reservations, do you have to make res. in the order of the days? Or can you make them for the hardest restaurants first? For example- when we call, can we make res. for CM on day 5 before we make res. at 50's primetime diner on day 2?

You can certainly skip around the days of your vacation when you're calling to make your dining reservations. This is a GREAT strategy for helping to get reservations at the most popular restaurants, where saving precious minutes on the phone can be the difference between getting the meals you want and being disappointed.

The independent website touringplans.com just released an amazing report that details which reservations are most difficult to get. These are the ones that disappear the fastest and the ones you want to ask for first:

    Le Cellier at Epcot
    Coral Reef at Epcot
    Cinderella's Royal Table
    Garden Grill

Chef Mickey's was not part of their study, but I would certainly add this as a restaurant that books quickly, where you should bump it to the top of your call plan.

    Good luck!
