When making dining reservations online w/the dining plan, is there a way to not enter your credit card information each time? Thanks Mom's Panel, you all are great!!!

    Hi Jerry!

When making dining reservations at Walt Disney World there are two types of table-service restaurants, those that require prepayment and those that require a credit card to hold your reservation. All table-service restaurants now require a credit card to hold your reservation, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of your dining reservation.  You can still choose any form of payment when dining at a table-service locations including Disney Dining Plan credits, but you will still need a credit card to hold your dining reservation. If you fail to cancel or do not show up for your reservation, your credit card will then be charged $10 for every person listed on your reservation.

Restaurants that require prepayment include Cinderella's Royal Table, Disney's Spirit of Aloha Luau, Hoop-Dee-Do Musical Revue and Mickey's Backyard Barbecue.  For guests that are on Disney's Dining Plan you will not have to prepay for this meal, but you will still need to enter your credit card information to hold you reservation.  In order for the computer to recognize that you are on Disney's Dining Plan, you will need to make sure that you are logged into the same account that is associated with your Magic Your Way Package.

I hope this was helpful, Jerry and please visit me again if you have anymore questions.

    Happy Planning!
