When making dining reservations do you need to include an infant 6 months old.

    Hi Arlene,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you are getting ready for a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation with a little one and I'm happy to help you plan your trip. Be sure to consider adding Memory Maker to your plans as it's so nice to be able capture all of the memories you make together during your vacation. Every year, I use our Disney PhotoPass pictures to make a calendar that hangs above my desk that is the perfect way countdown our next magical trip!

When you are making dining reservations for restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort, you should count all Guests who will be attending the reservation, including little Mouseketeers. Even if your infant won't eat and won't be charged for the meal, this ensures that you reserve a table that is large enough to fit your entire group. We brought my little one for his first trip when he was seven months old and in our experience, it was really nice having a table with plenty for my son to have a high chair at the table so he could enjoy snacks, which also allowed me to have free hands so I could enjoy my meal!

Be sure to take advantage of the Baby Care Centers during your vacation as they are the perfect spots to take care of your little one's needs while you are in the theme parks! Let us know if you have additional questions as you continue planning. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
