If you are making dining reservations for a large party (say 10 people) and closer to the day, you realize two people are not attending, can you modify the reservation to 8? Or do you have to cancel and rebook (and risk losing the reservation)?

Hi Kathryn, there are times when Disney Dining will want to cancel and rebook your reservation so when you call you can see if that would be the case.  However, if you did not have to prepay this meal and if there is still a chance that the remaining two will want to join you, you can wait and alert the cast member of your final count when you check in at the podium.  Diane
