Does magical express accomadate people who can walk but have difficulty getting on and off due to stairs

Hi there, Deborah! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for stopping by with an excellent question regarding accessibility on Disney’s Magical Express!

Disney’s Magical Express is a complimentary service that provides transportation from Orlando International Airport to select Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. This also includes complimentary luggage delivery for checked luggage which has been a life saver for me on many occasions! Boarding Disney’s Magical Express always symbolize the beginning of my Walt Disney World Resort vacation and my return back “home”.

I am a huge fan of the lengths Walt Disney World Resort goes to to provide each and every Guest with a magical experience! This, of course, extends to the accessibility of Disney’s Magical Express. There are a select number of Disney’s Magical Express motor coaches that are wheelchair accessible. While certain Guests may not require a wheelchair for the length of their stay, they may be able to utilize one when boarding Disney’s Magical Express. This allows Guests to use the wheelchair lift to board the motor coach.

If you would like an alternative to Disney’s Magical Express, Minnie Van Service is now providing transportation from Orlando International Airport to Walt Disney World Resort Hotels! Minnie Van Service employs roomy vehicles that can comfortably fit up to six Guests and may be a bit easier to board than Disney’s Magical Express. Minnie Van Service is provided at an additional fee and it is recommended that you reserve your ride up to six months in advance of your arrival date.

Hopefully this information will help you arrive to Walt Disney World Resort as efficiently as possible!
