My Magic bracelet is linked to my debit card. Will funds be automatically withdrawn or will the charges occur when I check out of my room at the end of the trip? Can I continue to make charges to my room/ bracelet after room checkout?

    Hello Holly,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You are going to love the convenience of a MagicBand! It's an easy and convenient way of making purchases during your Walt Disney World Resort stay. You can use your MagicBand for Dining and Merchandise as well as Resort Hotel room entry, Theme Park entry, FastPass+ check-in, and connecting Disney PhotoPass images to your My Disney Experience account.

When you use your MagicBand for purchases, the amount of the transaction may be placed in a pending or hold status once the transaction is authorized. Sometimes the charge will post immediately. It all depends on your bank's  policies and how they post transactions. Upon checkout, you will receive an itemized listing of all purchases made throughout your stay. Once you checkout of your Resort Hotel you will no longer be able to use your MagicBand for purchases.

Please come back and see us if you have any additional vacation planning questions!

    Magical Wishes,
    Susan
