    My magic bands say they had been mailed but I have yet to receive them. Now what?

    Hi, Brandi!
    It must feel like you're so close to your trip but so far away without your MagicBands! 

    Don't worry! There are a couple of things you can do to make sure you aren't stressed before your arrival on the Walt Disney World Resort property. 

    First, call the "My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+" phone line and let a Cast Member know you haven't seen your bands yet. They may be able to send you another round of bands. If not, don't worry! If you plan to use the Magical Express from the Orlando International Airport, just have and ID and your vacation reservation confirmation number. Cast Members at your resort will be able to give you MagicBands when you check in.
