Do Magic Bands fall off easy? I have an 8 and a 5 year old. I am worried about them losing their magic bands Thanks

    Hi Kim,

This is a very common concern regarding MagicBands. I have a five and seven year old and we've never had an issue with their MagicBands coming undone. However, I tend to carry my youngest's MagicBand in my pocket or bag for the majority of our vacation because he has a tendency to fidget with things and I worry he'll remove it himself. I take his MagicBand out before we get in any lines where he'll need it. This way we know his MagicBand is secure, but he still gets to use it (they get such a kick out of using theirs.)

I have also seen families attaching their MagicBands to lanyards. This is a great idea for kids who aren't used to wearing things on their wrists, or like my son, kids who are fidgety.

I hope this helps put your mind at ease, Kim. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Have a magical day,
    Ashley
