    Burnie from OK Asked

we made reservations for some restaurants was just wandering if the credit card was just to reserve it or do we have to pay with card or can we pay with cash just wanted to know thank you

    Hey there, Burnie!

Welcome again to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

When booking Advanced Dining Reservations, also known as ADRs, a credit card is only required to hold your dining reservation. No charges are applied to this card unless you fail to cancel your reservation. Cancellation deadlines vary based on the restaurant, and you could be charged per person if you miss the deadline.

Once you arrive at the restaurant and have enjoyed your meal, you do not have to pay with the card you used to make your reservation. You can pay cash, use a Disney gift card, or another credit/debit card of your choice. Remember, if you are staying at a Disney Resort, you can also use your Magic Band to make purchases, including food. Your Magic Band is linked to the credit card of your choice and will appear on your resort room bill.

Tip: At the end of the day, you can request a copy of your daily spending at the front desk of your resort. At that time, you can pay off any purchases made with your Magic Band with Disney Gift Cards.

Enjoy your dining experience! Bon Appetite!
