When I made reservations for BBB I was told an adult would need to be present. I thought "no problem", but I have dd7 and dd14 both with appointments at 3:00. Can I be near both at the same time or do I need to change one reservation to a diffe

An adult needs to present, but you don't need to be standing right next to the child during the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeover. I think they were just telling you that this is not a drop-off activity. Last year we took all three of my daughters to the BBB. At one point they were all in a chair simultaneously. Hubby and I were both there, but the two of could not possibly be right next to three kids at the same time. The room is small enough (only 8 -10 chairs depending on the location) that you can easily bop back and forth between the two chairs to snap photos. Also, the Fairy Godmothers in Training will see what's up and will not do both "reveal" moments at the same time, so you can be right there for both these special moments.

Perhaps if you had particularly shy three or four year olds, I might tell you to stack the appointments rather than have them simultaneously, but certainly with even a 7 year old, you'll be completely fine being in another part of the room.
