    Hi Lynn, Thought I would pick a fellow 'Ottawa gal' :) I lost an item and filed a report and want to follow up. I was hoping to email a photo of the hat we lost. Is it possible to get an email contact?

    Hi there Shillee - I am loving Ottawa's Disney community...glad to meet you!

    You are wise to follow up with lost & found and sending a photo is a really good idea.  I talked to the good people at 'Central Lost & Found' and they told me that although they do not have an email address, you can send a photo of your lost item through the mail.  Mail it to:

    Walt Disney World
    TCC Lost and Found
    PO Box 10,000
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida
    32830

    On the back of your photo, write:
    - your first and last name
    - your phone number
    - your mailing address
    - the date you lost the item
    - where you lost the item, and finally,
    - where you made your lost and found report (this is really important;  sometimes things are reported lost at a resort, but Central Lost and Found do not get these lost item reports).
