I have a lunch reservation at Be Our Guest, for myself, husband, and to kids (13 & 10). However my oldest tends to be a bit picky when it comes to food. Will I be charged for a QS meal even if he doesn’t order a meal?

Hi Jennifer, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I'm SO happy that you were able to get a reservation for a great lunch at the Be Our Guest Restaurant! It is one of my favorite places at Magic Kingdom Park!

I was never lucky enough to have lunch there, but my husband and I had breakfast there and it was awesome! Because we are both light eaters, we shared a plate of the delicious Open-Faced Bacon and Egg Sandwich and we were only charged for that single plate. We also payed for drinks on the side because we were not on any type of Dining Plan. If you visit Be Our Guest Restaurant for dinner, however, the final price will be based on the number of Guests attending that dinner, so it is indeed smart to visit it for lunch when dining with picky eaters.

To help your child find the perfect meal for this amazing lunch, you can take a look at the lunch menu before your arrival. It may be a good strategy to get the children involved with the menu offerings!

If you have any further doubts, please, bring them to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We are here to help you make your dreams come true at the Walt Disney World Resort!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
