Got a lunch reservation for BOG! Question is do we have to pre order or can we still select choices after we arrive? Also on dining plan but our 2yr old obviously isn't can we order something for him and pay extra for 1 kids meal?

Hi Andrew! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Scoring that coveted lunch reservation for Be Our Guest Restaurant always makes me want to do a happy dance!

It is my understanding that you do not have to pre-order before you arrive for your reservation. I believe that this is just an option to expedite the process. I for one do not order in advance because I am not sure what I will be in the mood for on the day of my reservation. I have dined here a couple of times and have always been amazed at the quality of food and the timely service. From the time that you order to the time that the food magically finds it’s way to your table, it never ceases to amaze me how magical this restaurant really is!

You absolutely can choose to order a child’s meal and pay for it!  My children really enjoy the kids selections and we have in the past ordered an extra meal for a child that is under the age of three!  Lastly if you can, try the Grey Stuff…they weren’t kidding when they said it’s delicious!

I hope that you are as impressed with Be Our Guest Restaurant as I am! I am so happy that you’ve decided to “Be Our Guest!”
