We would like to have lunch are dinner at Akershus. do they have the princesses dinning? If so how many set down meals will we be charged.

    Hi Gail,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Perhaps we have a princess among us who needs to visit with her princess friends?

We dined at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall on our last visit. Belle greeted guests at the entrance to the restaurant and she posed for photos. We saw three other princesses during breakfast - Ariel, Aurora, and Cinderella. The meal will count as one table-service meal per person 3-years old and over if you are on the Disney Dining Plan or the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. To check the number of meal credits required at other restaurants, simply go to the website for that restaurant and click on the link that says "Some Dining Plans Accepted." A chart should pop up that indicates the number of dining credits required for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner.

On our last visit, we did an 8:10 a.m breakfast reservation at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. We absolutely love doing pre-park opening breakfast reservations because we can get into the park before it gets crowded. We were done dining by 9:10 and went immediately to get in the stand-by line for Frozen Ever After. The wait was no more than 10 minutes and we did not have to use a Fast Pass+ for it! After we took our tour of Arendelle, we went to visit with Anna and Elsa at Royal Sommerhus. It was a perfect morning!

Gail, remember that character experiences are subject to change. Having said that, we have always seen princesses at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall and we have dined there for breakfast and dinner. Both are yummy!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
