If I was so lucky enough to stay at 1 resort but needed to change to another for the balance of my stay what would be best way to travel and move all our luggage? (i.e GF for 4 nights and then PO for 3 nights)...will not have a car....Thanks!

    Hi Adam,

Switching resorts is a common practice. In fact, I'll be doing it 4 times on my upcoming trip! I like to experience as many of the different Disney Resorts as I can, and I never rent a car.

Here is what you will do: On the day you check out from the Grand Floridian, you'll leave your bags with Bell Services and request that they transfer them to Port Orleans. Then, just head out to enjoy whichever park you were planning on visiting. At the end of the day, instead of getting on transportation bound for the Grand Floridian, hop on one to Port Orleans instead. Your luggage will be waiting for you. Super easy.

One tip: If you are bringing your bags down yourself, no worries. However, if you are planning on calling a Bellman to pick up your bags and bring them down, you'll need to be in your room when they arrive. You have to confirm that they've picked up all of your things. In this event, I recommend that you call down the night before and arrange a set time for the bellman to arrive in the morning. They'll be prompt, and you won't end up waiting around for a long period of time.

    Have a wonderful vacation,
