We would love to watch the MK fireworks from California Grill Do we need ADR's to have just drinks and dessert? 32 years ago we had dinner at this location while on our honeymoon We checked the menu but it is too gourmet for our taste Thanks for the help

Anyone wishing for a table at the California Grill which sits atop the Contemporary Resort, should make an Advance Dining Reservation.

This restaurant is very popular (especially any time near the Wishes fireworks show) and an ADR is almost always necessary.

While it is possible to ask a hostess to allow you access to the lounge, it's not a guarantee that space will be available. Checking in for the California Grill is done on the 2nd floor of the Contemporary. From here, you will be escorted by a Cast Member to the elevator before being allowed up to the restaurant. This keeps the experience exclusive to those guests dining at the California Grill.

You should reserve a table and this is not dependent on what you plan to order once  you are seated.

Desserts and drinks will be perfect! If you like chocolate, the Valrhona molten cake is memorable!

Enjoy the magnificent view and the memories of your honeymoon!
