We love to be at the parks when they open. Since we've never stayed off property before, what can we expect in terms of waiting in line for parking? Thanks!!

    Hi Deborah!

You definitely won't have any problems at the Magic Kingdom.  If you get there early enough, you'll actually be able to park within walking distance of the Transportation and Ticket Center.  I've been there as early as 90 minutes before park opening.  Based on my experiences, you also won't have any problems at Epcot or Disney's Hollywood Studios, though I've only been there as early as 45 minutes before park opening at those parks.

Disney's Animal Kingdom, however, is another story.  I've been stuck outside the parking toll plaza waiting to enter the parking lot several times.  For whatever reason, Disney generally seems to open that parking lot about 15 minutes before park opening.  Other guests, arriving by Disney buses, will already be in the ticket area.

Enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World!
