Love the Panel! We will be visiting WDW during the 4th of July and I was wondering if we were allowed to bring our own sparklers for our children to celebrate with? Are there any of the WDW resorts that will allow it, either?

Hi, Kristina! Sparklers fall into the "fireworks" bucket and are prohibited on property. Plus, they pale in comparison to the firework displays that Disney puts on at Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot on July 4. It would be very damaging to sparklers' self esteem if they were to bear witness to what Disney does with their brethren - music and all.

You could go nuts with glow / light up / battery operated toys, and if that's the route you go, then stock up before you leave for vacation and bring them with you into the parks. Glow toys at stores near you will be a fraction of the price of the glow toys you'll find on sale at Disney World.
