Love the Moms panel!! If you pay for a preferred room at the POR- French Quarter, what buildings would you be in? Thanks!

    Hi Michelle!

Port Orleans French Quarter is the smallest of the Disney Moderate Resorts. It is really easy to get from one end of the resort to the other.  I recommend that guests simply decide if they want a water view or a standard view when staying at the resort.  However, you should definitely put in a room request.  Buildings 2 and 5 are closest to the pool.  Building 4 is closest to the bus stop and food court.  Buildings 1 and 7 are further out and may be quieter.  Again, the resort is small and all rooms are within a few minutes walk of any destination.

Port Orleans French Quarter is a favorite of many Walt Disney World Resort guests.  Guest staying there can also use all of the services and amenities of its sister resort Port Orleans Riverside.  That includes using the pool at Riverside which has a relatively long water slide.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
