Love the "Mom's Panel". So helpful. Planning 3rd trip for March 2014, staying off site for the first time. If we choose to eat at a Disney Resort do we have to pay to park there?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Dana!

I've been visiting Disney World since it opened and have stayed both on and off property. Don't worry, you'll still have a fabulous time staying off property.

If you're staying at another resort (on or off property) and visiting any of the Disney Resorts for any reason such as dinner at Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort or sailing on the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage at The Contemporary Resort, self parking is free. You'll just need to show a picture ID to the Security Guard when you enter the resort.  You are welcome to take advantage of the Valet Service at the Deluxe Resorts but you'll have to pay a fee for that service.

Also keep in mind that when you're visiting the theme parks, you only have to pay to park once per day.  If you visit more than one park on any given day, you can show your receipt at the next parking plaza and you won't be charged again for that day.
Please feel free to visit with any other questions. Its our pleasure to assist you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
