Hi! Love the panel! Am a college student, & on a very tight budget. Is it acceptable to go somewhere like Brown Derby and order only appetizers or the cobb salad. Really want the experience, but worried about budget. Thanks so much!

Hi Christine! I love to find ways to experience the deluxe side of Disney at a discount, so I understand your desire to dine at the signature restaurants on a budget. Guests are not required to order an entree or spend a minimum amount at restaurants -- it's perfectly acceptable to eat an appetizer or salad for your meal or to share an entree with another. Walt Disney World wants its guests to be happy, and the servers are just as accommodating of guests with small appetites or budgets as they are of those with larger ones.  Definitely book The Hollywood Brown Derby if you're interested in trying it -- the Cobb Salad is the signature dish there, and you definitely won't be the only person who orders that for her meal!

Hope you have a wonderful visit!
