I love the idea of capturing on-ride videos through Memory Maker. It seems that a MagicBand is required to receive certain attraction photos & other digital content. Can you tell me what that content is? I will buy ONE band if it is necessary.

    Hi Katie!

A MagicBand is not required to transfer your attraction photos to your Memory Maker account or to receive the digital content.  If you are using a park ticket, the hard plastic kind, instead of a MagicBand, you can tap your ticket to the required touchpoint for those select attraction.  Some attractions add your photos via facial recognition, but others like Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin require you to tap your ticket or MagicBand to the appropriate photo in the viewing area at the end of the attraction.

Other digital content could include attraction videos from The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror in Disney's Hollywood Studios or Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in Disney's Magic Kingdom.  It could also include photos taken from a tour that offers the PhotoPass service like the Wild Africa Trek in Disney's Animal Kingdom.

    Have a magical day!
