Love all the help you moms give out ... you are the best. My daughter and I are wondering the best apps we should get for our phone (iphone and android). We are especially interested in the one or two best for giving info about waits in line. Thanks!

Hi, Joe. It's Joel. I have an iPhone. My wife has a Droid. The difference between you and me? I have an "L" in my name. That being said, I think our similarities definitely outweigh our differences. So let's talk shop.

The "must have" app for both iPhone and Android is Lines by TouringPlans.com. It will save you boatloads of time in the parks. Another app that is available on both platforms is the Walt Disney World Maps box set from uPinPoint. Gowalla and FourSquare are options too, if that's your thing.

iPhone has a sweet Disney World Dining app developed by VersaEdge.

And get this: most Droids on Verizon's network offer something that iPhone does not: Disney Parks Mobile Magic. It's an official Disney app with tons of tools for life inside the parks.
