    I love booking my own resort and dining reservations online but my internet is pretty slow and I can’t get all the pages from the Disney site to load. Is there a more mobile friendly site or a way to address this issue?

    Hi Candace,

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Let me preface my advice with the proclamation that I cannot claim to be an expert in technical support, but I can walk you through some of the ways I have resolved website difficulties in the past!

    Occasionally I have internet challenges as well. If you have not done so already, try using a different web browser. Also, be sure to download the My Disney Experience Mobile App. I often make advanced dining reservations and Fast Pass+ selections on my phone using the mobile app.

    If neither of those options helps, you could also try using the internet in a different location. I often modify my plans in My Disney Experience while at a local library or coffee shop using their internet connection. I also have to clear my search history regularly and, on my iPad, delete open internet windows.

    Candace, if you believe there is a problem with the Walt Disney World website, you can also call 407-939-4357 to speak with a cast member. They may be able to offer an explanation or help you to resolve the issue!
