Hi there love your answers would you recommend april;may;june. We love parades, fireworks, warm weather, swimming. Is spring break worse then summer v.s.crowds and heat.Car beach or value?if so which value?

    Thanks for your kind sentiments!

The timing of a WDW vacation in April is ultimately dependent on when Easter falls each year. You'll find that the weeks before and after Easter are extremely busy. Some of the highest crowds all year gather in WDW during these spring weeks.

Also spring break weeks are different across the country, therefore April stays busy all month. This would not be my first pick.

I was recently helping some friends plan their first trip to WDW and with their schedule and my recommendations, we reached the conclusion that the first two weeks of May would be pleasant as far as crowds and weather. As you get closer to the end of May, crowds begin to grow.

I was in WDW for Spring Break with family while I was in high school. Even though I was young and had lots of energy, the crowds wore me out!

Typically in May, you'll have lows around 67 and highs around 88. Great for swimming - day or night! April's temperatures are just a few degrees cooler.

The heat and humidity of the summer are difficult for some people to tolerate. We toured this past June and did okay using mister fans, seeking out shade and relaxing back at our resort during the hottest hours of the day. Still, it is hot! Spring Break crowds are similar to what you would find in June. July and August are extremely crowded and hot.

I would highly recommend the Caribbean Beach Resort. In fact, we are headed there in just a few days. Moderate resorts are a great value. You get a lot of amenities for the cost. CBR has white sandy beaches which are nice for relaxing in a hammock or letting the kids enjoy the playgrounds. The new pirate themed pool just opened last week! If your budget allows, I would book the CBR rather than a value resort.
