Hi love your advice,dd 15 and I 1st spa, staying at CBR,no car, which spa is recommended?also can you please give some tips as what to do for the day, thinking nice breakfast or dinner also considering La Nouba or is that too much in one day?thinking relaxing

    Stacey,

    Lucky daughter!

So any of the three will be good, be it the Grand Floridian, Saratoga Springs, or Mandara Spa (in the Dolphin). But since transportation is a bit of an issue, I think that you should go to the Grand Floridian. Getting there will be easy, since you can just take Magic Kingdom transportation from your resort, then monorail over. I would start with a nice breakfast at Kona CafĂ© (at the Polynesian, just a quick walk from the Spa, which is located on the Polynesian side of the Grand Floridian property).  Then off to your spa treatments. Arrive early to take full advantage of the facilities there!

After the spa, you could return to your resort to let the relaxation soak in. Then head in the mid- to late-afternoon to Downtown Disney for some shopping, a nice dinner, then La Nouba. It is a great show, and would be an ideal cap to an over-the-top luxury day for you and your daughter.

Look over the many great dinner destinations at Downtown Disney, and if you need help picking one, just write me back!

Have a magical (and relaxing) vacation!
