I see lots of special things for little girls like the BBBoutique & glass slipper desserts - what's available to spoil & thrill a 5 year old boy????

    As a parent of a prince-in-training, here's some ideas!

-At the Rainforest Cafe, order a Lava Mud dessert with gummy worms in dirt-like pudding. Families can share a Sparkling Volcano which is a brownie and ice cream creation with a sparkler on top. My son loves the Pacific Rainbow drink that comes in a souvenir cup with ICEE flavors. There is a toy in a "hidden" compartment.
-Pirate Adventure Cruise from the Grand Floridian. For details, see here.
-Kids' Discovery Club activities in the Animal Kingdom. It's free. Visit www.stitchkingdom.com for info.
-Reel one in at the Fishin' Hole at Port Orleans Riverside. Catch and release cane-pole fishing in this rustic setting is fun for outdoorsy kids.
-Mini golf at Fantasia Gardens or Winter Summerland
    - Dinoland in the Animal Kingdom. Run and explore, then find dinosaur bones at the Dig Site.
    - Get a haircut with colored hair gel at the Harmony Barber Shop in the Magic Kingdom.
    - Fill a pirate chest with treasures at the World of Disney's interactive Adventure Room.
-Stop at Once Upon a Toy to build your own lightsaber.
-Visit the Lego Imagination Center at Downtown Disney. Fill a small bucket (for a reasonable fee) with Legos. This one of my son's favorite activities. Outside, build your own car and try it out!
    -Stop at an arcade.
-Dine at Chef Mickey's. Take a round trip monorail ride after your meal.
    - Get the "cool dude" treatment at Bibbidi Bobbidi which is available for boys over 3. It includes hair gel and confetti.
-Dine at Cinderella's Royal Table where boys receive sword souvenirs. The princesses are very gracious towards the boys dining in the castle. One of the princesses asked my son how many dragons he had to slay before getting his family to the castle. Even at 8, my son beamed!
