Lot's of questions Moms:)! How does fastpass work? Does it make a difference if you are a resort guest? Does the monorail stop at any of the resorts? Does the monorail drop you off in the park? Thanks!

Hi Jamie! Thanks for all the great questions! If you're staying at a Disney resort, you can book up to three FastPass+ entitlements per guest per day 60 days in advance of your arrival. The booking window is 30 days for theme park guests not staying at Disney resorts. These entitlements enable you to go to a much shorter line at a particular time for specific attractions. Once you have used your three FastPass+ entitlements for the day, you can continue to book them one at a time throughout the day.

The monorail has two routes, one that goes between Epcot and the Transportation and Ticket Center. The other route goes to the Magic Kingdom and makes stops at the Contemporary, Polynesian and Grand Floridian Resorts. There is also an express monorail that goes directly between the Magic Kingdom and the Transportation and Ticket Center, not making stops at the three resorts.

Hope this helps Jamie! Write us back with any other questions as you continue to plan your magical Disney vacation!
