    I lost my pass and cannot remember the expiration date.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Irma. I'm sorry to hear you've lost your Annual Passport.

    I recommend that you report your loss by calling the Annaul Passholder Hotline at (714) 781-4546 to speak with a Disney Cast Member as soon as possible. You can obtain a replacement Annual Passport for a small non-refundable fee. This fee may be waived if a copy of police report is shown. 

    Irma, you can still find out your Annual Passport information by signing in to your Disney Account on the Disneyland Resort website. By logging in with the email address that is linked to your Annual Passport, you'll be able to find out information such as number of visits, your Annual Passport type, as well as your expiration date.
