It looks like the 1st floor rooms at the Polynesian have a patio, do the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors have balconys? Can't wait to be there in October!!

    Hi Susan,

First floor rooms at the Polynesian do have patios. In order to keep with the South Seas theme, some of the older buildings (such as Niue) lack balconies on the second floor, but included them on the third floor. If a balcony is important to your family, have this request placed on your reservation. Requests are not guaranteed though.

I've stayed at this resort in all three types of rooms. The patio was delightful when our son was younger. We stayed in a room without a balcony on the second floor in Aotearoa, however we requested a room looking right at the monorail due to our son's fascination with this mode of transportation.

Balcony rooms are nice if you want to have more of a view!

    Have fun!
