We are looking to visit Disney 12/28-1/4/19. We would like to stay at Art of Animation however first 3 nights in Little Mermaid room and last 4 nights in Nemo room, do I need to book them separately through Disney and will my entire stay link?

Hey, Tammy and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so excited to help you plan your magical Winter 2019 Disney vacation. So, as Li Shang from Disney’s Mulan says, “Let’s get down to business.”

Staying at a Disney Parks Resort hotel provides many benefits including complimentary Walt Disney World Bus Service, FastPass+ selection planning 60 days prior to your arrival, Extra Magic Hours, MagicBand charging privileges, Resort Airline Check-In, themed pools, campfires, and Movies Under the Stars. We stay on property because we love being immersed in the Disney magic for our entire trip.

We happen to be doing a split stay this summer at three different Disney Resort hotels and needed to book three separate reservations. Since you will be staying in two different room types, a standard room the first three nights then a family suite the last four nights, you will need to make two separate reservations. You may either book them directly through Disney or through an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. Once you have made these reservations they can be linked to your My Disney Experience account. When you look at "My Plans" under My Disney Experience you will see both Resort hotels.

Disney Dad Tip: At Disney's Art of Animation Resort take the complimentary Teach to Draw class in the Children's Playroom where classes are held at 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM daily. The best part is you get to keep the drawing as a souvenir. Class times are subject to change.

Tammy, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
