Hi all. We are looking to take our three little kids (ages will be 5 1/2, 3 and 1) my husband and myself to either Disney World or Disney Land when he gets home from his next deployment in July 2013. Wondering which is better for the little kids?

Hi Jessica! Both Walt Disney World and Disneyland are wonderful family resorts with lots of things to do for guests of all ages. If this is your first Disney vacation, then I suggest going to Disneyland if you only want to go for a couple of days and going to Walt Disney World if you want to go for five day or more. Disneyland Resort is compact and you can walk everywhere. That makes it very easy to get around with young children. There are also a lot of attractions for small children in a confined space. This makes it ideal for short vacations. For longer vacations, Walt Disney World is the way to go. There are plenty of things to do inside and outside of the theme parks due to its large size. Walt Disney World is larger than New York City's Manhatten Island! That also makes it harder to get around, but it does offer more variety. Whatever you do, however, will be fine! Both resorts are fabulous!
