We are looking at staying for a total of 10 days. If I opt to get a 5 day Park Hopper Plus ticket, does that mean we can use the "Plus" option of the Water Park(s) on the remaining 5 days we're there, are not visiting the parks?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Paula! Your family is going to have a great time with 10 fun-filled days at the Walt Disney World Resort!

You’re exactly right! The Park Hopper Plus Option gives you lots of things to do, in addition to your time at the theme parks. You will have access to Disney’s Blizzard Beach, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, Disney’s Fantasia Gardens and Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf.

With a 5-day park hopper plus ticket, you will be able to visit (and park hop) at any of the four theme parks and have an additional five days’ worth of tickets to visit either of the water parks. You can also opt for an afternoon at one of the miniature golf courses.

The best part is that you have the flexibility to visit any of these places in any combination you would like. Two days at the theme parks, three at the water parks or two more days of friendly competition at Disney’s Fantasia Gardens. It’s all up to you!

Paula, as you start planning out your vacation time at the Walt Disney World Resort, keep in mind that you can make your dining reservations 180 days before your planned visit. Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels can start making their FastPass+ selections 60 days before their planned visits.

I always try to have a rough plan depending on which attractions my family wants to visit on our first days. Getting our favorite restaurants like Whispering Canton Café and ‘Ohana, into our plans always makes for a nice treat too!

Thanks for stopping by with your question! Helping you plan your magical vacation is our favorite thing to do!
