Hi, looking to spend our honeymoon in September at Disney. We can't decide between Animal Kingdom Lodge or Wilderness Lodge. Which is the nicer of the two? We will be spending a lot of our time in the parks so is transport a problem?

Howdy Lee!!  1st of all, congratulations!!  I'm so excited for you!  I know you will have a magical honeymoon regardless of the resort you choose.

Both resorts are wonderful and perfect spots for a romantic honeymoon, but based on your comments regarding spending a lot of time in the theme parks, I'm inclined to recommend Disney's Wilderness Lodge.

If you are staying at Animal Kingdom, you will have to take a bus from the location regardless of the park you choose (or use your own vehicle).

From Wilderness Lodge, you can take a boat to the entrance of Magic Kingdom, which will also give you access to the monorail.  You will take a bus to the other locations.

If you choose Wilderness Lodge, be sure to make a reservation for Artist Point. Not only is the food wonderful, the setting is very romantic. In fact, it's been called one of the most romantic dining locations on Walt Disney World property.

When you are making your reservation, be sure to tell them you are celebrating your honeymoon.  When you arrive at your resort, ask for a celebration button.  Wear the buttons as often as you can as you never know when a Cast Member might add some magic to your vacation.

Please let me know if you have any further questions and best wishes!
