I've been looking at the seminars for the food festival I've notice they say over 21 even the food ones, obviously my young children will not be drinking alcohol are they not allowed to stand and watch so that I can go?

Hi Helen! I know you must be frustrated wanting to get in the seminars and enjoy those activities while enjoying the parks with your children. But the Epcot Food and Wine Festival is truly geared to the adult crowds and most activities are for only those 21 and over.  Even if alcohol is not served it is likely going to be discussed as well as some of the humor or stories will be adult related and thus not appropriate for the younger crowd.

If you are a resort guest you might consider one of the child care centers in a resort if the timing fits or even book an in room sitter for a few hours. We have used them many times and were very pleased. In general I avoid the World Showcase with my grandchildren from around 5pm on until closing as I find the crowds can get a bit rowdy and especially on weekends.
