I am looking at rooms for the value resorts and I have a 2yr old, 11 yr old, and a 14yr old. If I list him by 2 yr old no rooms for that many people but If I list him as a infant then its fine. Would it be fine to list that way since he sleeps with us?

    Hi Lisa,

Congratulations on your upcoming vacation!  I'm sorry that you have had difficulties booking online.  For standard rooms at all of the Value Resort hotel categories you may have up to 4 people plus 1 child under age 3 in a crib.  It sounds like your travel party fits this description and therefore you should be able to book a Value Resort category room for your vacation, however your best option is to book via the telephone by calling the Disney Resort hotel reservations phone number listed in this linked phone directory.

I think it is a good idea to do peruse the different Value Resort hotels and do cost comparison online before calling to make your reservations.  Having all of your vacation details sorted prior to calling will help your booking process go much quicker.  Not only is it a good idea to have a specific Resort hotel picked out you should consider the following items:

    • Standard or preferred room
    • Theme park ticket days
    • Theme park ticket options (Park Hopper and Water Parks Fun & More)
    • Disney Dining Plan
    • Magical Express transportation from Orlando International Airport
    • Special requests such as crib in room (pack-n-play style)

I hope this information helps you with your vacation planning.  Please let us know if you have any further questions, we are always happy to help!

    Blessings,
    Brenda ºOº
