I am looking at resort hopping mid-trip. I want to start at Pop and then end at a deluxe resort. If I bought tickets on my first reservation for the whole trip, will they work after I switch to 2nd resort?

    Hi Stephanie,

How exciting to know you are planning a Disney vacation. The Magic is Endless at Walt Disney World Resort.

I have always thought about staying at more than one Resort hotel, and last year I finally was able to. It was such a great experience and everything went so smooth, including the transition between Resort hotels. I checked out of the first hotel, spent the whole day at a Theme Park, and then went to the other hotel  at night. Because I took advantage of Online Check-In I was able to go straight to my room. And Bell Services had taken care of all my luggage.

The best way to do a split stay is by booking for your first leg, a Magic Your Way Vacation Package with Theme Park Tickets with days for your entire vacation, followed by a room-only reservation on your second stay. If you want to add a Disney Dining Plan, you should book a Ticketless package on your second leg, but note that you won't be able to take advantage of Special Offers, and can only book it by speaking with a Vacation Planning Specialist at (407) 939-1936 or your travel agent.

One last tip: remember you can book FastPass+ reservations starting 60 days before arrival. One of the many Disney Resort Hotel Guest Benefits. Happy planning!
