hello I was looking into reserving the star wars dessert party. We are going the first week in May but I didn't see any reservations open for April or May. Are they planning on canceling this or do they not allow reservations that far ahead?

Hi there, Ellen! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so glad you found us and brought us your question.

It sounds like you’re planning ahead for a May trip to Walt Disney World and will be visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios — how exciting! There is no better way to cap off an incredible day of hanging with Andy’s Toys in Toy Story Land and exploring Batuu and perhaps joining the Resistance in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge than with Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party at Disney's Hollywood Studios! You'll enjoy Star Wars-themed desserts and drinks before viewing the big show from your reserved viewing area!

I’ve spoken with a Cast Member regarding this experience, and he assures me that it is not canceled, but just isn't yet available to book for those dates. Of course, this is always subject to change, but keep checking back and soon enough you’ll be able to make your reservation!

Ellen, I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue to make plans. As your travel dates draw near, please do not hesitate to come back to see us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel; we love to help!
May the force be with you!
